No Moo Cookbook

This is my personal map to great non-dairy resources around the web. You'll find one or two links that don't really fit as "non-dairy", but they are worth a visit if you are a parent. You can spend a year and a day with your favorite search engine and it's usually only luck. My links page is a work in progress, but you'll only find worthwhile pages to visit linking from here.

The No Milk Page This is an excellent guide. There are about 120 links to no milk, milk allergy, and lactose intolerance web resources. Most of these are not items that a search engine will find for you. The author really did his homework. I highly recomend that you utilize this site for an advanced search guide.

Cows Milk Allergy Children's Center Part of alphanutrition.com . This contains detailed information about milk allergies in children, including symptoms, testing, and case study information. This contains much medical jargon, but is readable and mostly understandable.

Health on the Net Foundation This is a great place! Any medical information that you ever need to find can be found here. It has a medical search engine ( called "medhunt" ) that will provide you with information from around the web, descriptions, and definitions from their own database.

Allergy Internet Resources From immune.com . This site is somewhat difficult to navigate, however, it will link you to dozens of information resources, and a great number of milk-free recipes. It is worth visiting.

The Cooks Thesaurus Very excellent cooking information. The page I am linking you to is dedicated to non-dairy milks and creams to be used as dairy substitutes in just about any recipe.

100% Lactose Free Entertainment This is a must see site for lactose intolerance. There isn't much information specific to milk allergy, but plenty for lactose intolerance and related remidies, cooking, and etc...

Controling Food Allergies From Charles R Attwood M.D. The doctor discusses how asthma, bronchitis, and sinusitis are related to milk intake. 6 out of 10 children are allergic to milk. You need to read this.

Children with milk egg and other food allergies This author tells you about the allergy troubles her children have experienced. She provides many relative links, gives you her list of books and other related resources, and has an excellent list of dairy free commercial food products.

U.S. Soyfoods Directory From the Indiana Soyfoods Board. This is where you will find the okara uses I promised you on the milk substitutes page. You will also find an enormous number of milk free recipes and all kinds of information about using soy beans in your diet. You will also find some recipes at VEGWEB, a vegitarian oriented site.

U.S. National Institutes of Health This is the world's foremost biomedical research center. This is the United States Federal Government's focal point for biomedical research. You are likely to find answers to any health question including asthma allergy intolerance or anything else you can think of here.

I will be adding more links as I find related sites that I believe will be worthy of your attention. If you have a site, or know of one that is not listed, and you think it should be, please E-Mail Me and include the information.
